Our Carma Direct online tee time booking is now in use for both members & public. A public player is required to register before being able to book. Credit cards are not charged at the time of booking. Please read our booking & cancellation policies below prior to booking a tee time.
Not all of our tee times are available online. If no tee times are shown at your preferred time, please call the Pro Shop at (403) 938-4200.
Members have a custom login & password which allows you access your members account. This will be included in your membership packages. If you need your login information immediately please contact the General Manager (Mike Engelhardt).
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Once you book a tee time online, if you wish to cancel, you must contact the Pro Shop to do so. You cannot cancel a tee time online.
For all cancellations: Members & public must notify the pro shop by telephone a minimum of 12 hours prior to your tee time on weekdays, 24 hours in advance on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Our No Show Policy below applies to all public bookings.
First Offense - Booking player will be charged for all players booked to their credit card. A gift card for the lost revenue from green fees will be issued. You will be contacted and your gift card will be available for you to pick up at the Pro Shop at your convenience.
Second Offense - Booking player will be charged for all green fees booked to their credit card and no gift card will be issued.
