Junior Membership

Our future vision at River's Edge will also include thinking a little outside the box. We are striving to be unlike any other course in regards to the membership as well as our junior program.

We call it a program here because the term "membership" hardly begins to describe our goals toward the ones who will be the future of this game we all love. We believe in teaching juniors important values like honesty, integrity & respect. A healthy, competitive attitude is encouraged as well.

The club's Junior Membership will consist of two parts:

The Membership

Unlimited golf Monday - Friday, Weekends & Holidays after 2:00 pm
Annual Driving Range Pass
One Week Advance Booking
Access to RCGA Handicap System

The Program

Directed by our Head Professional, the junior program is designed to create a fun, friendly atmosphere that not only the junior will enjoy being a part of, but the parents as well. The Junior Program consists of:

Family Fun Scramble (date and time TBA)-Teams consist of one adult & one junior in a scramble format (9 holes), scored by the callaway handicap system.
Junior Day (Each Wednesday in July & August) - Each week, a certified C.P.G.A. Professional gives the juniors a clinic from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. Then they hit the links playing various formats including regular stroke play.
Junior Club Championship (date and time TBA) - This is where all the hard work pays off, 18 holes of stroke play to determine our young champions.

Tiny Tiger Membership

This membership is geared towards the younger juniors...ages 5 - 9 years. The golfers with this membership must be escorted by an adult. You are permitted to play after 5 pm any day. There are also tee times available early morning. Times vary throughout the season. With the purchase of a Tiny Tigers membership, the junior is automatically registered in one of our Tiny Tiger programs which take place during the summer. The Tiny Tiger membership includes:

* Unlimited Golf any day after 5:00 pm, accompanied by an adult.
* Automatic Entry into one of out Tiny Tiger Programs during the summer.
* One Week Advanced Booking
* Access to RCGA Handicap System
